Final Sales & Cancellation store order policy

A "store policy 3% cancellation fee" means that if a customer cancels an order with a store, the store will deduct 3% of the total order value as a penalty from the refund amount they receive; essentially, the customer loses 3% of the purchase price if they choose to cancel the order.

Final sale at any time on demonstrators, gift cards, clearance items, end-of-collection items, parts, maintenance products, and all services.

No returns or refunds will be accepted after the merchandise has been installed.

For hygiene reasons, bidets, hand bidets, bidet modules, and bidet toilet seats that have already been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
