SHIPPING & DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE

  • The full payment, amounting to 100% of the invoice, is required for merchandise that must be collected at the Store within a period of 14 days or 7 days prior to any scheduled home delivery.
  • The customer bears the responsibility of inspecting all merchandise immediately upon receipt and unboxing.
  • Any stock or custom merchandise that arrives damaged must be reported within a maximum timeframe of 72 hours (3 days) following the receipt of the merchandise to the representative of Sani Canada pertaining to the transaction, or alternatively, by contacting Customer Service at: info@sanicanada.com. Please note that the shipping of stock items may take between 3 to 14 business days, depending on the product and the designated delivery location.
