We appreciate your understanding that all custom hand -made orders require 30 business days for production, followed by a delivery timeframe of 15 to 30 days via LTL,ground shipping due to the for example delicate nature of glass or vanity. Please note that we currently do not offer espress international shipping. Additionally, while we strive to provide timely service, express shipping options are unfortunately not covered by insurance, and we are unable to offer replacements in such cases. Using Instructions:
Use a screwdriver to pull out the hot and cold marking
Use a smaller screwdriver to turn the small screw counterclockwise
Grasp the leading handle,turn the cover counter-clockwise by hand
Unscrew the hexagon cap with an adjustable wrench
Remove the old spool
When installing the spool, the 2 convex points of the valve core are to be aligned with the 2 concave points of the main body.
Please carefully align the 2 concave points within the main body.
